Refunds – workshops

I strive to provide high-quality workshops, both in-person and digitally, to meet your needs and expectations. I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to seek a refund for your workshop registration. Please review the following policy regarding refunds for both live and digital workshops:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
      • The workshop is canceled by me.
      • You are unable to attend the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergency, and you notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
      • You are dissatisfied with the workshop content or delivery, and you notify us within a reasonable timeframe after the workshop.
      • Within a week of the purchase of the tickets, should you change your mind or realise you are not able to attend.
      • No refunds will be issued within 1 month of the workshop date.
  2. Refund Requests:
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to thekbsix@gmail.com
    • Please include your full name, workshop title, date of registration, and reason for the refund request in your email.
    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  3. Refund Process:
    • If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
    • Refunds for digital workshops will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
    • Refunds for live workshops will be processed within 5 business days after the scheduled workshop date.
  4. Refund Amount:
    • The refund amount may vary depending on the circumstances and timing of the request.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Certain fees or expenses associated with workshop registration may be non-refundable, such as processing fees, materials fees, or administrative costs. These fees will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.
  6. Transferability:
    • Workshop registrations are generally non-transferable unless otherwise specified by me.
    • If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may request a refund according to this policy rather than transferring your registration to another individual.
  7. Exceptions:
    • Exceptions to this refunds policy may be made at my discretion in exceptional circumstances or as required by law.

Personal Training Session Cancellation Policy

I, Glen Weinstein, am committed to providing exceptional personal training services to our clients. We understand that schedules can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your training sessions. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice:
    • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 working hours’ notice for session cancellations.
    • Cancellation notice should be provided directly to your me via phone call, text message, or email.
  2. Late Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made with less than 48 working hours’ notice will be considered late cancellations.
    • Late cancellations may result in a fee equivalent to the full session price being charged to the client.
  3. No-Shows:
    • Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
    • No-shows may result in the full session fee being charged to the client.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, at my discretion.
    • Clients experiencing illness, injury, or other unavoidable conflicts are encouraged to communicate with me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
  5. Rescheduling:
    • Clients may request to reschedule a training session without penalty if done within a reasonable timeframe and subject to availability.
    • I will work with you to find a suitable alternative session time.
  6. Repeat Offenders:
    • Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show for scheduled sessions may be subject to additional fees or limitations on future bookings.
    • I value consistency and commitment to your fitness goals and aim to maintain a positive and productive training environment for all clients.
  7. Confirmation of Cancellations:
    • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their cancellation request is received and confirmed by their personal trainer.
    • Clients should expect confirmation of their cancellation within 12 hours of notifying their trainer.
  8. Policy Agreement:
    • By scheduling and attending personal training sessions with Glen Weinstein, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
